Cost
Everyone knows that paying for college is not an easy task. So seeing the prices of everything is helpful to find an estimate to know what to pay. Here are the prices of attending BYU in the 2011-2012 year.
The in-state and out-of-state tuitions are the same, but being part of the Mormon church or not can increase the cost. (byu.edu)

Scholarships
25% of incoming freshmen receive scholarships to help pay for these tuition rates. They can range to funding half a semester to completely pay for everything for all four years of undergrad.
Thomas S. Monson Presidential Scholarship
The Thomas S. Monson Presidential Scholarship is the most prestigious scholarship the school has to offer. Named after the current president of the LDS Church, the scholarship pays for everything a student could ever need at college, such as housing, tuition, and Blue and Gold dollar menu accounts, as stated in Quality of Life. However, it also the hardest scholarship to receive. Out of the thousands of incoming freshmen, only 25 boys and 25 girls will receive it. This means an incoming freshman has a 0.02822% chance of getting it. However, if one does get it, it will pay for everything for all four years of undergrad school.
